Chair Massage
December 7, 2015
One of the great things about being a massage therapist is that you have a skill you can take with you, and that’s just what I’ve been doing this fall. After talking with a client of mine who was in the production of Fiddler on the Roof at the River Run Centre, I was able to bring my chair in during one of their rehearsals and give out some chair massages to the cast and crew who’ve been working so hard.
Last Tuesday I also donated my time to the Guelph Gives and Giving Tuesday event that took place at City Hall. I was one of many small businesses who came out on the drizzly Tuesday in the name of giving and it was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone’s faces when they got off my chair. It’s a fantastic annual event and if you’d like to know more, check out their website http://www.guelphgives.ca/
Tomorrow I’ll be doing a paid event at Conestoga College, offering some stress relief during their busy exam time and I’m already looking forward to it. If you have an event or business that could use some chair massage, I’d love to hear from you. You can contact me at 226-500-3931 or email me at brithayesrmt (@) gmail.com. Hope to hear from you soon!
