After graduating from the University of Guelph with a B.A. in English Lit, I taught English overseas in Japan and Vancouver. I dabbled in the world of chocolatiering, but soon realized I was better suited to a career in health care. I graduated from Sutherland Chan school of massage therapy in 2010 and have been practicing since.
Though I like to incorporate an element of relaxation into every treatment, I love working on specific conditions, whether it be headaches, a sports injury, pregnancy, or any kind of postural imbalance that leads to discomfort or pain. One of my areas of focus is in providing intra oral massage for TMJ dysfunction and in 2012 I incorporated craniosacral therapy into my practice. I am excited to integrate Thai massage to my practice since September 2015 as a blend with Swedish massage, as well as cupping since November 2016. Please visit my services page for a description of these therapies and how they may benefit you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
