Please note that the cancellation policy is in effect and the full fee will be charged for cancellations, missed appointments or reschedules within the 24hr time frame unless the spot is filled.Â
I work out of the back entrance at 328 Woolwich, so please take the ramp off the parking lot and I will meet you in the waiting room once I’m done getting my room ready for you. If you have any preferences regarding I mask, temperature controls, scent sensitivities, etc, please let me know beforehand by email or text and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

During this busy season, please note appointments are non–transferable. The wait list continues to be active and if you cannot make your appointment, the cancellation policy is in effect, whereby I require 24hrs notice for any missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointment, or you will be charge the full fee for the time booked (unless it can be filled). If you cannot make your appointment for whatever reason, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will contact my waitlist. If you do want to transfer appointments or have any questions, please get in touch via text at 226 – 500 – 3931, though clients on the wait list take priority.
